These are other relevant forms to your pension plan that are either used infrequently, once,
or never depending on your situation and needs.

5330 Form

This is the main form of your 5500 package. This form needs to be signed by the plan administrator and the employer, who frequently is the owner of the company. For most small plans the plan administrator and the employer are the same. Yes you do have to sign in both places. The Form 5500 Annual Return/Report is used to report information concerning employee benefit plans and Direct Filing Entities (DFEs). Any administrator or sponsor of an employee benefit plan subject to ERISA must file information about each plan every year (Code section 6058 and ERISA sections 104 and 4065).

2848 Form
This is a power-of-attorney form.
 
8821 Form
The Tax Information Authorization form is used if you want the to allow someone else access to your tax information directly from the IRS. Basically it is a type of power-of-attorney.
